First timer..Satisfied and thankful the car was delivered to OK on time. Price changed by $35 from the original quote. Not bad. I contacted Magic Carpet on 5/17/2011. Requested a vechicle pickup on 5/27/11 from Maryland and delivery date to Edmond, OK by 6/2/11. Ask sepcificly for Michelle based on the glowing comments from other reviews. Michelle was courtesy, and did follow up with me about the pickup of the vechicle. Have not recieved a follow to confirm deleivery. Michelle the car was delievered..I also had to do follow up until the 5/27/11 to confirm the pickup of the car. I would definitely do this again. After reading all the reviews, both good and bad from the top 5 companies, I learned the carrier who picks up your quote is the difference maker. The one I got was great. Sebastiao Lima, Inc. But that's life...Encountering people who care about what they do and your possiessions as if they are their own. That was Mr. Lima. he thoroughly expected my car at pickup. explianed his expected travel route and estimated day of delivery. He also contated me a couple times along the way to sayensuring he was on time for delviery.
