Good service, but some unexpected change of terms

I made the order on May 17th and asked for a pickup between May 26th and 28th. The original given quote was $1180 before $30 rebate. After several days of zero feedback, I became doubtful and nervous on the pickup since I will leave the area on 29th, so I made a phone call to push the company on 23rd. The response was fast; they called me back the following day and told me that my car was assigned to Alston Transfer and will come for pick up on 26th. What annoyed me was that they claimed an "expedited" service (because I called to push them I guess?) and asked to charge me $50 more. I didn't argue, since it's already too late for me to switch an auto transporting company and I just want to get my car shipped before I leave. The pickup was alright, though it was one day later than the promised date. Until then, I was not so happy with all those unexpected changes. The delivery, also unexpectedly yet pleasingly, was very fast. It took only 3 days and I was able to get my car in the late evening of 29th, which saved me some money on car rental in CA. Except for the expected dirt on my car, the body of the car was delivered intact. So overall, I'm happy that my car was safely and quickly delivered, but felt kind of ripped for the part when I was forced to pay extra $50 over the original quote.

Ji, When we had spoke about the date you needed the vehicle picked up i explained to you that it generally could take 7 business days for us to get a carrier assigned. Now, since you needed your vehicle picked up sooner than that, i had mentioned possibly doing our expedited service and that is about $275 more to schedule a carrier within 3 business days of having the order placed, so we had til monday afternoon to have the carrier assigned if we had chose that option. When i called you i had told you i have a carrier to pick up the car within your dates for $50 more versus paying an additional $275. I felt i was able to save you money since you needed your vehicle picked up sooner than our average 7 business days which would have gotten pretty close to your last perferred dates to have vehicle picked up. I also, had made aware to you that this is only and offer adn you chose to move forward with the offer. Again, i am sorry you didnt feel i was able to make your experience great.
