I contacted Magic Carpet to move our vehicle because of its great ratings and great feedback on this forum. I was not disappointed with my choice. From the moment of contact, until the moment of delivery, Trevon has been easy to contact for any concerns. He even left me a voice mail with his personal cell number during transport because it was a holiday and he didn't want to take the chance that he would not be reachable over the holiday. He was professional, informative, intelligent, and well spoken. I could not have asked for any better service. This was my first time to use a vehicle transport service and I was afraid something would happen to my car, or I would get 'ripped off'. Neither happened. I was updated regularly about the movement of my vehicle, the driver was friendly and professional, and Trevon kept me in the loop about every aspect of the transport. I highly recommend Magic Carpet Transport, and highly recommend dealing with Trevon, he is dedicated to his customers. Thank you Trevon for making my move less stressful!
