The pick up and delivery was were late from the date I was given after a truck was secured. On the first attempt at pick up, I was given almost an immediate notice that the truck was available to pick up my car. The second scheduled pick up (3 days later) did not happen, I believe, due to the drivers late schedule. The car was finally picked up 5 days later, but again, late in the evening after several delayed or missed arrival times.
