I picked them based on the great reviews on the internet. They have excellent customer service but the vehicle was delivered a whole day late. The delivery date given to me was an estimate, which is understandable since its a long drive from Dallas, TX to Burlington, MA and they had several other cars to deliver before and after mine which would make it harder to be on time. The truck driver was nice too. Would use them again in future.
