Michelle seemed knowledable and trustworthy so I decided to pay a little more and scheduled with Magic Carpet. Once I paid they're side of the deal it went down hill. Couldn't get in touch with her from that point. I was told she would call be back ... had to keep trying to contact her. Finally got the ID number for the shipping company, repeated all costs to Matson & driver for the 2nd time and she verified everything correct. Then she said she would e-mail me details never got an e-mail. She was suppose to contact me on the day the car was picked up at the pier, no call...I finally contacted her (was told she would return my call but no call) and now cost for driver increased $135. She claimed she never gave me the amount of $665 and doesn't know where I got that. I repeated totals I wrote down twice, she also gave me a total cost which added up correctly. This was very upsetting I was told if my son did not have a check for $800 the car would be put in storage with storage fees applied. Bad experience and handled very unprofessionally.
