I shipped my vehicle from NJ to CA in April. It took 9 days.
Todd worked hard to find a truck for us. I was surprised his first call was on Sunday evening. He was prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls. Good service.

It was my first time using an Auto Transporter. I made some mistakes. First is I just chose a company with a good review, but forgot it wasn't near the origin. The original quote was $1185 for picking my car up on Saturday April 9th. Our car didn't dispatched on Apr 10th. We emailed Todd that our plane was on Apr 13th. Finally, Todd found a driver but We need to pay $200 more to the driver on Apr 12th.

That second mistake was that I only checked the outside of the car when the car delivered.My husband found the air conditioner and the indicator light of the gas meter were not work in the next day.We couldn't do anything after I signed the paper for the driver. The car arrived dirty even the engine.

That's my story. Lesson from my experience is never put your 1st available day on weekend.
