I had a very good experience with Michelle. After reading reviews here, I contacted the company to transport my car from California to New York. Michelle was able to beat a competitor's price so it was pretty much a done deal. The entire process was quick and painless which was very helpful as I was in the middle of planning a cross country move and didn't need to worry about one more thing. I received my car a couple of days earlier than she quoted me.

I didn't have such a great experience with the carrier who did the actual transporting of my car. He gave me the wrong pick up location, called me multiple times about delivery very late at night and put 50 miles on my car because he said he couldn't fit the truck on my street. Unfortunately, he never gave me the option of coming to meet him (which I would have done in a heartbeat)- he just showed up at my doorstep in my car. Quite frustrating but I guess it happens. Regardless, Magic Carpet did their job and I would go through them again. Thank you for your help Michelle!
