I had to ship my car last minute (within a week of departing) and I needed my car at my destination when i arrived. Michelle was so very nice on the phone and reassured me she would do her best to find someone. Sure enough, my car was picked up within a few days of it being available and despite a delay with the shippers due to their truck being broken down, my car arrived within a day of my arrival. She called me to make sure the shipper was on time and also kept me informed throughout the whole move. For such a scary experience of giving someone control of your vehicle...it was a pleasent experience and I would defintely use Magic Carpet auto transport again and would always ask for Michelle. They really do make sure that you know what is going on and help you with whatever questions or concerns you may have. Michelle also made sure that i had everything sent to me via email so that I could reveiw everything she and I spoke about.
