Spoke with Michelle, very good service. This is a company where you can actually reach somebody unlike some other transport company. Michelle will follow up through out the process even after the vehicle was delivered. My vehicle did arrived on time but it was very dirty and with a dent to the side of rear quarter panel. But it's not Michelle or Magic Carpet's fault and they offer to help me to get the insurance claim filed. This is the service we need, not some company that promise you everything but don't deliver. So Kudos to Michelle and Magic Carpet. If I have to ship my car again, I will call them directly instead of searching thru websites.

Bottom Line, they are easy to deal with and they keep their promise!
