Our vehicle was picked up just in time at the end of the window that Annie had given us. It made it across the country to our new place and we met it one hour after we ourselves had arrived. After a car wash, the car looked great. We were pleased with this company and found them quite reliable, although waiting until the end of the window for pickup was a little nerve-wracking.
