We shipped two cars from CA to MD. Nicole at Magic Carpet gave us a competitive quote price. Once we placed the order, they find a driver for us quickly and gave us the estimate pick-up and delivery dates. Everything went smoothly with the shipping. The shipping company picked up the cars on time. Nicole gave us a call right after that to confirm. To our surprise, the driver delivered our cars quite earlier than expected/promised. And there is no damages on cars. The only complaint is it's kind of hard to reach the primary contact person once you have placed our order. She is always "busy" once the order is processed. You can only wait for calls from them. On general, we are very happy about this experience.
