I requested an online quote and was assigned to Michelle. She was so helpful and nice from the very beginning, even before I decided on Magic Carpet. She was proactive about giving me information so I always felt informed and comfortable. My car was picked up by a guy named John, who was also really nice (especially when he didn't have to be because I was running about 30 minutes late to meet him!). He checked out my car, drove it on the truck and took off. The guy that dropped off my car was also really friendly and I was picking up my vehicle around 9pm so it was dark. He helped me get it into the light of a nearby store to make sure there were no scratches or anything on my car. My car was really dirty and muddy but it was snowing a lot in Michigan at the time so obviously they couldn't help that. I had also packed some stuff in the trunk and in the backseat and everything was there... it didn't look like it had been touched at all. They kept a mat on the floor of the driver's seat to make sure that when my car switched trucks the drivers didn't get dirt in it. Overall, I had a great experience and when I move back to California (I better, Michigan weather is awful!), I will definitely be using Magic Carpet. Thanks!!
