My experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport and specifically with their customer service rep, Greg, was excellent. All my questions regarding the transport of my vehicle including cost,
insurance, timing, carrier used and potential problems which might occur were answered professionally and effectively. The reason for the specific cost for transport was explained logically which was important since I was a first time shipper and had no experience with these matters. If there was any damage to the vehicle, I was assured that a claim could be submitted.
Fortunately, none was needed. When I told Greg the timeframe for picking up and delivering my vehicle, it was included in the contract and followed to the letter by the carrier. All in all the experience was much easier than I anticipated. All my concerns and fears were allayed by Greg and as a result I chose Magic Carpet Auto Transport above many other companies with which I had contact.
