I thought that Magic Carpet was very professional, prompt, and attentive. They were with me every step of the way which was much appreciated. The actual transporter - Mobile Transport - was a little more difficult with which to work. Their actual pickup and delivery times were late compared to what was stated over the phone. It caused some inconvenience. Also, when our car arrived is was extremely dirty, making it completely impossible to see any scratches, dings, or damage. Also, the vehicle was dropped off at night, which contributed to the inability to check the vehicle for damage. I would strongly recommend Magic Carpet. I just wish the actual couriers could be as professional as Magic Carpet. I would use the company again in the future. When you hand over your vehicle to someone, you want to know that you are being taken care of, that communication lines are open, and that your vehicle can be tracked every step along the way. The people at Magic Carpet were friendly and knowledgeable. Hold times were short, and prices were reasonable/on average with the cost of other carriers with lower customer approval. I would recommend Magic Carpet, but perhaps not Mobile Transport.

Often times on coast to coast transports, your vehicle can arrive in need of a car wash. I'm sorry that our carrier was not as attentive as our staff.
