I placed my order with Magic Carpet Auto transport looking at the reviews @ transportreviews.com. I am happy I looked at this website. I choose Magic Carpet because of the seriousness they show in replying to feedback on this site.

The order
I got a quote online from Magic Carpet Auto transport website and I called up to clarify few things. As the assigned Customer Representative (Greg) was unavailable at that time, his colleague Nicole filled in for him. She was very polite and took my order immediately. Then Greg took over. Greg was always available and kept updating the status on my order/pickup.
Also my price was matched with another Auto transport company.

Pickup
The pickup was from Jacsonville, FL and delivery in Charleston WV. I was pleasantly surprised that Greg was able to find a carrier within one day of order and driver (John) picked up the vehicle promptly.

Delivery
John from the Carrier company was very professional too. He informed me that he had a flat tire and gave me a time when he would reach and deliver the vehicle and he was exactly on time.

Overall
It was an excellent experience and I would recommend Magic Carpet Auto transport for anybody.
