I had no experience in transporting vehicles, but found myself needing to send a truck cross country from Idaho to Florida. I was hoping to use a Pacific Northwest company, and after calling two other companies, I was lucky to find Magic Carpet Auto transport. Greg was my primary contact person, and he was great! He patiently explained the process to me, and kept in contact with me about the status of my order. Within 3 days of the vehicle being available, he called and said there was a truck available. It was picked up on time and delivered to its Florida destination three days early! I was very impressed by the professionalism of Greg and everyone I spoke to at Magic Carpet Auto Transport. If the need arises, I would definitely use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again.
