Michelle provided attention and professional customer service from the first call after the auto was delivered. I have moved several cars form coast to coast and by far Magic Carpet performed at the highest level. The previous transport companies were nightmares taking more then 3 weeks to deliver a car and often giving lames excuses for the late delivery and even the location of the car at any one time. After these negative experiences I was apprehensive about hiring another transport company however Magic Carpet removed those fears.
