As a salesperson myself, I set certain expectations for service. I would have to say that Michelle and her team did a great job in creating excellent service as a broker. Michelle would always follow up on a call or question. The quote was received in a very timely manner and the logistics to get my car picked up seemed very smooth. Now for the review of the transportation company; I was told that the car would be picked up between 6 pm and 9 pm, they showed up at 12:30 in the afternoon. Good thing I had someone there at the time. Very surprised that my vehicle traveled across the country in less than 5 days. However it sat in Spokane for 2 days or more. I was told multiple times by dispatch that my vehicle will arrive Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I called Friday to check and was given the drivers phone number. When I called that driver, I was given another drivers phone number. Once I got a hold of him, he informed me that my vehicle “may” come by Monday or Tuesday. This is where a good broker comes in. I contacted Greg at Magic Carpet and he informed me that he would figure out what is going on. Less than 5 minutes later I receive a call from the driver that he will be delivering the car on Saturday, as promised. As for the car, it looked like it sat in a muddy field. All my tires where caked in mud. So overall, make sure you utilize your broker. Magic Carpet, Greg and Michelle – thank you for caring for your customers. As for the transport company, you may need to learn a few things from Greg and Michelle.
