my representative kathy was excellent. thorough, polite, and helpful. she followed though with any changes to the scheduled pickup, transport, and delivery times. she gave me a competitive quote for the move and was able to find a carrier quickly for the shipping. she was a good reflection of her employer, the broker, but the actual carrier used was not as professional.
