The initial dispatch of my order was picked up quickly and I received a phone call back almost immediately letting me know that car would be picked up. Since this was my first experience shipping an auto across the country, I was a bit apprehensive, but company really explained everything well. The only problem I encountered was non-receipt of the email confirming the dispatch/order, which caused a minor inconvenience/misunderstanding @ time of delivery. Overall a very good first transport experience and will use the same company again in the near future.
