After wasting several weeks attempting to set up shipping with other brokers who were unresponsive, I finally called Magic Carpet and spoke with Hillary Bergeson. Within two hours of our initial conversation, Hillary found a carrier that could pick up my car in three days. She called multiple times throughout the process to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Their preferred carrier, "An Accurate Auto Carrier Ch," did a great job. The shipment took less than 7 days to go all the way across the country, though they were quite a few hours behind their estimated 'windows of time' both during pick-up and drop-off. Both representatives from their company (Art and Cesar) were honest, extremely pleasant and courteous, and aside from a little extra salt and dirt, my car arrived in exactly the same condition as it left. Even my items in the trunk (the existence of which I had to deny in a pretty comprehensive waiver) arrived untouched. I would definitely use Magic Carpet Auto Transport in the future, and would recommend that anybody who wants good service call Hillary at 360-834-2900x204.
