JoannB was with Cascade at the time and agreed to a $265 charge less a $25 military discount which she would honor when she moved over to Magic Carpet (MC charged $5 more than Cascade). I authorized a $240 deduction from my checking account. However, my account was charged for $270. I acknowledge that this was partly my fault as when I received the invoice I only looked at the balance due to the driver which I confirmed as accurate without realizing that JoannB had changed the amount due to Magic Carpet from the agreed upon $240 to $270. Overall I was satisified with the delivery service but I have not been able to get a refund for the $30 overcharge nor have I ever received the promised $50 rebate. Since Magic Carpet refuses to respond to me I'm posting my complaint on this review site.
