This was the first time I have had to arrange for vehicle transport and Michelle made it very easy. After reading reviews I selected three transport companies for quotes which were within $100 of each other. I chose Magic Carpet Auto Transport base on the number of excellent reviews and Michelle agreed to match the other quotes. I explained to Michelle that the shipper in Oregon is my father in law who lives in the mountains and is in his 80's and would need to make arrangements to meet the truck at a level location, so communication with the truck driver was paramount. The first company, Stallion Transport, was noncommunicative and late. Finally they said the car would be picked up locally and held until they could get to it. My father in law had been calling Michelle for status and she was very patient and polite. I called her to say I was unhappy about the situation. She said she was frustrated with them also, cancelled their order and put it back on the board and reassigned to another carrier who communicated with us before the pick up and through delivery without a hitch.
