I would rate my experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport 9/10. My car was picked up on time, and my agent was always available to talk if any issues came up. The only hiccup was the delivery, which was delayed a day - but this was primarily because of the shipping company and not Magic Carpet Auto (the broker). I was contacted a couple of days in advance about this, and it was not a bid deal.

Additionally, when the truck driver was running late on the day of delivery due to a flat tire, Sheila was able to get me a $50 discount no the shipping charges for me for the inconvenience.

All in all, I would rate this as a very positive experience in spite of the delay, as stuff happens. I am using Magic Carpet to ship my old car out to TN, and also recommended my uncle to them because of their customer service.
