Bad Experience - CAA Transport

The carrier Magic Carpet assigned to us was CAA transport. Although my vehicle was returned to me in tact, I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to receive my vehicle. I received my vehicle one week after the estimated arrival date and the most frustrating part of this experience was that I did not receive proactive, periodic updates on the status of my vehicle. I had to make several phone calls before receiving the status of my vehicle. This lead to serious concern as I was worried about where my vehicle was in the process of shipment. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my experience.
