The service of magic carpet was not great. I first had a reresentative that went on maternity leave soon after using this company. I then got another representative who didn't even know when the car was picked up. I would not use this company again for car transport. The customer service was average at best. I did get the car in 10 days, but the shifter cable was broke. I spoke with the original car owner, and the transport company broke the cable trying to get the car on the traler. The truck driver did not know how to get the car into gear and forced it. This broke the shifter cable. He did not inform me of this and 30 minutes after receiving the car I was stuck on the side of the interstate.
