Mark Sutherland, the transport driver, was right on time and gave me a ride back to my home. He beat his estimate of the delivery date by a full day. I was also fortunate that his home is in the same city that I live in, making contact very easy. The reservation made through Magic Carpet was very easy with no problems. Their price was very competitive . I would use them again without hesitation. Michele was my contact.
