Stephanie was good and followed up regarding my order consistently through the end; however, the actual transport service was the WORSE! The driver was not very customer friendly, barely spoke good english and was 4 days late dropping off my vehicle; not to mention calling me at almost midnight letting me know he was outside. Keep in mind this is a weeknight where I have to be up at 4:30AM; and I had informed him of this when I spoke to him earlier in the day. I was told he was on his way from Portland at around 2pm and I know it doesn't take 10 hours to get from Portland as I drive there pretty frequently. I did not receive a call from him as he got closer to my area as he stated he would. He even required me to pay more than my actual cost just to get my vehicle off the truck or he would take it to the company yard where I could schedule a pickup. I had to give him an additional $50 in cash to appease him and get my vehicle. I was not too happy about that. Mobile Transport Service is the WORSE and I would not recommend them to anyone whatsoever.

Corey, Thank you for leaving good feedback based on how i handled any and all problems that had occurred during the transport of your vehicle. I wish things would have went better for you and you didnt have to go through the horrible communication, and late delivery from the carrier, however we are resolving this problem so this will not occur again in the future.
