Worst Experience / Failed on all levels

I contacted Magic Carpet in regards to shipping two vehicles, They matched the quotes from other shippers but that was the only positive thing I can say about the service I received. I was put in to contact with Samuel, after we worked out the quotes, shipping logistics and had our quote is when everything went terrible. I was told he would put a rush on a car I needed shipped because the client wanted it ASAP. While I attempted to contact Samuel several times he never responded promptly to my questions, majority of the time I was calling him and trying to get in contact with him. The first vehicle we gave up on after 3-4 days without confirmation of delivery and deposit was paid. The second vehicle I attempted to ship I gave a little more slack because of the distance it was traveling, after one week without a delivery or pick-up and repeated phone calls to the office I was put in contact with Kristaan. Kristaan promised she would get involved and told me there was no notes on expedite the shipping. She immediately noted it and helped me out. I spoke with Samuel for asking for a confirmation on Tuesday around noon and never received a voice-mail or message with any updates. Today I contacted the office asking to speak with a Manager or supervisor on duty and left my number and still awaiting a response 5 hours after I left the message. The only person I can say truly put any effort in attempting to ship the vehicle is Kristaan, but the bottom line is waiting two weeks after placing the order for a vehicle to ship is pathetic. I work for a large auto company and have shipped many times and while holidays and weekends may delay arrival or pickup there is no excuse for a 14 day waiting time for just the pick up. I will not be giving this company a second chance. If you wanted to use this company the only person I would even consider using for t ship is Kristaan based on her ability to call back when I leave messages and attempt to resolve the issues and bring the issues to management when others have ignored the problems.
