Most everything went smoothly. I had given a two day window for pickup and was somewhat concerned that it would not be met. However, the car was scheduled for the first available date I gave. It didn't quite work out since the pickup occurred the next day but that ended up being actually better for me.

The driver was courteous and efficient in processing the intake and delivery.

Kathy at Magic Carpet was very responsive to all my needs and followed up closedly on days of pickup and delivery.
