Bad Experience

My contact, Trevon Bond, was inaccessible the day of my scheduled delivery. I received no phone call or notification that my delivery would be late. It ended up coming 2 days late, causing me to have to rent a car in the absence of my own vehicle that I had been expecting. The carrier Trevon chose was bad. The operator barely spoke English and they couldn't be bothered to let me know they would be late. I'm very disappointed and am unlikely to use Magic Carpet again, unless I get the $50 rebate and have a better experience with my carrier next time.

Evan, the delivery was set for Friday and you told the driver you could not make it there for the scheduled date. The Delivery ended up to be on a Sunday and I was at the coast, enjoying my day off. I had no idea you needed any assistance until it was too late. I apologize I could not be reached, my phone was not in coverage areas...I was in the middle of nowhere.
