In February I submitted an online request for auto shipping quotes (relocating to Washington from Mass. per my husband's military orders). While I did not really want to talk to anyone, Kristaan from Magic Auto was the only one to personally call the same night I submitted the review. I kept the email quotes for several months until it was time to schedule the vehicle transport. I was impressed (after the fact) that Kristaan had taken the time to personally call me. Her quote was within 100-200 dollars of the other 3. I read the online reviews and was impressed by the number of 5 star reviews.

Kristaan worked with us to confirm the pick up date. I got an email within 2 days that the shipper was confirmed and would pick up 8/13. We had requested a delivery date between 8/24-26, since we were driving and sight-seeing along the way with a young child. When the driver wanted to deliver 8/23 I panicked as we were still several states away. Several calls to Kristaan later and she convinced the driver to hold off until 8/26. He actually delivered 8/28.

I am sure Kristaan got very tired of taking my calls and reassuring my concerns, but she never let on. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She always had a laugh in the midst of some of the trials and always reassured me that things would work out - and they DID! It seemd like she was always smiling on the other end of the phone.

There was no damage when the truck was delivered. It was dirty but I expect that on an open truck going cross-country.

This was a much better experience than the last shipper I used 5 years ago. That was terminal to terminal and they had somehow busted my driver's door lock and took no responsibility.

I highly recommend Magic Carpet and will use them again when the need arises.
