Magic Carpet kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on with my car. They were very professional and Hillary was great to work with. They were easy to reach when I had questions and followed through with their commitment. My car needed to go from Salt Lake City to Dallas and they were able to find a driver who was committed to satisfying the customer. The driver lives about 25 miles from my house and called late Sunday to say that he was in the area, but had already reached the lawful limit of truck driving hours. Sensing our urgency to have the car early Monday morning, he asked if he could drive the car over to us without carrying it on the truck (not to worry, he showed me pictures of the car on the truck... he did transport it down). He thought outside of the legal box and created a win-win situation for both of us.
