I contracted the service over a month in advance and had trouble understanding the scheduling and delivery times. I contacted Sheila, but she indicated that the schedule was done two weeks in advance and pickup dates were tentative until that time. Soon after that it went really smooth; I got contacted two weeks in advance with a date and two days before pickup for a time. The trailer came one block away from my house where two knowledgeable people drove the car up the trailer and drove away. I was given an exact date for delivery, and again, I was called one day in advance with the exact time of delivery. The car was delivered on time a couple of blocks away from my new home. The whole process was really organized and predictable. Also, I packed my car with all my belongings and left space only for the driver, everything arrived without a scratch.

Thank you Juan, for such a nice review. It was my pleasure working with you. I would like to mention just so people reading this know, Juan's experience was not the norm as far as filling your vehicle with items. MCAT does not recommend putting items in your vehicle and most carriers will refuse your load if they get there and you have packed it with your belongings. The carriers are not licensed to carry household or personal goods nor are your items or the damage they my do to your vehicle while in transit covered by insurance.
