Kathy assisted me in obtaining an enclosed shipper from NJ to LA. On her end, she was generally knowledgeable on the situation at hand and the status of my car. She reassured me that Magic Carpet Auto uses only the best carriers to ship their car. The important thing in this whole matter was that My car arrived and was not damaged albeit it was late. Kathy obviously had no control over the carrier/driver portion of the order and so my satisfaction levels with Kathy's portion are of sufficient quality.

The service levels were generally favorable and I would recommend using Magic Carpet Auto again. Just be prepared for some bluntness from the drivers but then again, hey everyone has to keep their day job.

The price was reasonable, $1399 for enclosed shipper cross country. Overall I am satisfied although I would be more appreciative if Magic Carpet took more initiative in keeping me updated next time.
