I mostly dealt with Kathy who was both kind and knowledgeable although she was hardly ever available. On the other hand, Ellen, the receptionist was very rude and seemed to have a bad attitude. No one, other than Kathy, who answered the phone ever knew how to help. They were also rude and didn't have much phone etiquette. I don't know that I would use this service again unless I had no other choice.
