-I called a month and a half early and would call weekly. My car was supposed to be transported during a window from Saturday to Monday, preferrentially Monday. A truck had not been arranged till the thursday before my move. So, I let them come on Friday and pick the car up.
I had to pay an extra $50 then the pre-arranged amount.
Also, since my car had to be picked up Friday, instead of the prefferred Monday, I had to rent a car for 4 days, or an extra $200.

-The driver of the third party, Abdul's Towing Transport, loaded my SUV and car on the truck. The car and the SUV had been loaded with personal belongings. I was not aware of the 100 pound limit per vehicle. The driver did not notify me of that, and loaded the vehicles.

-On Monday (3 days later) and couple hundred miles away I get a call that I will have to pay an extra $250 dollars to transport my belongings to California. If I didn't pay he would unload the vehicles, or he wanted me to come and pick the suitcases/cartons up from where he was at. Thus I ended up paying an extra $175, something I negotiated with the driver on my own.

-Had the driver notified me to unload the suitcases/cartons I would have gladly done so. He should have never loaded my cars on and taken them away. I have moved 4 times before with other carriers using different companies and have helped move friends. They have always loaded the cars with personal belongings.

-The cars were supposed to be devlivered in 4-5 days, upto a week. And it took them 10 days to get our cars to us.

-Pros: The cars were delived in good condition.
