DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!AT ALL

as a first time moving my vehicle, it's not easy to find a reliable company to move our vehicles. especially you have time limit. It's my first and worst experience about shipping my vehicle with the company! I called them on Jul 22 to ask for a pick up date, i wanted to ship it early, but they said if i shipped it early and nobody pick up at the destination, they can't do this. I told them i will leave virginia on 16 of Aug. so they said they will pick up my vehicle on the 10th and ship to california on the 17th or after. after I placed my order, and the picked up date is right there, i was so nervous and curious that why they never contact me about the carrier. I called them again and again, I got the same answer every single time."we haven't found a carrier yet!" "What the hell is going on? I informed them like 3 weeks prior the pick up date, they still coundn't find a carrier for me??and i suppose to leave VA in 5 days. that's all BULLSSSS, waste my time on this company for nothing except disappointment and anxiety. so on the 11 of Aug. I have to call them and cancle the order!!!!!! I was in a rush to ship my vehicle , so i called different companies and finally got a good transport company , they pick up on time, deliver on time..MY BEST ADVISE IS {{{DONT WASTE TIME ON THIS COMPANY, CALL THE CARRIER INSTEAD OF BROKERS, THEY PROVIDE MUCH BETTER SERVICE, SO YOU DONT WASTE UR TIME AND MAKE YOURSELF NERVOUS}}}

Yanbin, I am sorry to hear that you didnt feel your experience went well with our company, however i did explain to you in the behinning that yes, we will shoot for the days you would like your vehicle to be picked up but we cannot Garauntee any of those dates due to the fact that we are at the mercy of the drivers and if they are available within those dates. We try our hardest to make every customer happy and sometimes due to routes and time frames it can be a little difficult to do if there isnt any options out there. However, i enjoyed talking to you and trying to assist you with your auto move, i hope to hear from you again and we will try our hardest to make you one of those happy customers.
