We were told about this service by a friend who had used it to ship her car from Boston to SF. We did the same.
The customer service people were very helpful and knowledgeable. As far as we can tell, there was no damage to the car in transit. Nothing appears to have been stolen from the car, although we did not leave anything valuable in the car during transport.
They were a day late picking up the car and two days late delivering it.
