We shipped 2 cars with Magic Carpet. Everything went very smooth and on time.
Our cars arrived the day they were supposed to.
One of the cars was spotless, the other one must have been the one in the very front on top of the transporter because its back (trunk side) was covered with (thousands) of flies and other insects. We already went to the carwash a few times but there are still some flies remaining. Yuck! Also there was a big,deep scratch, about 3 inches long, in the plastic (part of the trunk) under the fly cover that we didn't (couldn't) see when we signed off on the condition of the vehicle. It is now slowly appearing.
Overall I'll definitely use Magic Carpet again, we're a Military family and depend on fast, timely service as we sometimes don't get a lot of notice about when we move.
The scratch is really minor compared to what we saved. We had two cars shipped for less money than 1 car would have cost us with some other providers.

Customer Service was always great and reachable (or a prompt call back when not available)

Christina, Thank you for your wonderful review. Unfortunately the cars do get dirty on the open transport, that's so gross about the bugs. I've heard complaints about dirt on cars, but never about a layer of insects. Nasty! I'm glad that despite that set back and damage that you were still happy with our serivce.
