I liked the fact that you don't pay anything before your car is picked. I was disappointed that they did a poor job updating me on the status of my order. I volunteered to offer more money if that was going to help and I was told the a carrier agreed to take my car the following day. The driver of the carrier, by the name Lewis, was a wonderful man and he brought my car exactly on time. I think the company is good but they need to update the customer on the status of the order so that one will know if they need to wait or go with another company.
