I called Magic Carpet Auto because of the great reviews, and they did not live up to them at all. I called them with three weeks of advance notice to pick up my car on August 7-8 and they confirmed delivery. I was flying out of Las Vegas at night on August 9th. On August 5th they called me saying that the driver was no longer coming. They completely abandoned me on this.

As of the 5th, I have been scrambling to try and find a way to get my car out of Las Vegas. I'm calling every car transport service here. Two other companies have offered to pick it up today, one for 1075 and another for 1199. Magic Carpet Auto could not even match either of those. The best they could do was August 10th, which does me no good since I won't be in Las Vegas then.

Their phone service at first was friendly, but when I called them out on their poor service and their breach of contract, they were very rude and did not care about my order at all. They also had the nerve to say that for the August 10th pickup, an additional $200 would be required for the pickup. They offered to reduce their own deposit of 270 a measly 50 bucks. For all this hassle, I will never use this unreliable car transport again. Do yourselves a favor too, call someone else.

Steve, Sorry we couldn’t find you a driver on the date you requested but we are at the mercy of the drivers in where they go and the amount they want. This route is a difficult one so in the case it can take longer. We did find you someone but asked for more money because of the location at delivery. Sorry again it didn’t work out.
