The actual customer service itself would have been better had John called back as much as he said that he was going to. I was told every time that I called him that "Oh, Melissa I was just about to call you" or "I will do some more research and call you back within an hour" but yet I never heard back from him unless I called or email him myself. Although when it came to picking up the vehicle, I did receive a call and voicemail stating that the van had been picked up and was on its way. Other than that it seemed as though it was a hassle to keep on the right path unless you constantly followed up yourself with the customer service representative. The guarantee of delivery on the company website is not really a guarantee or even a guideline, do not rely on it as a basis of when to receive your vehicle but rather wait until you have been given the call on the actual pick up and go from there. Overall it might not be a bad company but for us, we will probably have to go another route next time.
