I have to put 5 star as the rating to get the $50 rebate, but in all honesty I think the company should do a little more investingating regarding the carriers they use. I ended up with a 3 star tranport company and had to go deliver the car myself to the lot as I was leaving town and they did not come on the days they had stated. Additionally, I went to the lot to deliver it and then it was still 3 days late to me, even though it was promised to be delivered on a certain date. Although the broker might be 5 star, I would recommend you certify the carrier too b/c that is where you can really get screwed!

Thank you doctor. I am glad you got 5 star service from me and am very sorry again that the carrier was delayed in deliverying your car. We do do our best with our carriers but I am glad you understand that we do have no control over peoples actions, just ours. We screen as much as possible and appreciate your service.
