To whom it may concern, Stephanie Hamilton was considerate and timely with her replies. She seemed very honest and willing to try to do her best not just for her company to perform, but for the customer to understand the process as well. My vehicle was promised to be picked up from 1-5 days, and was not because of its isolated location. As soon as I brought it to Stephanies attention that almost 3 weeks had past and my car had not even been picked up, she reassured me that she would find a driver and took matters into her own hands and proceeded to speed the process. Although it took a while to find a carrier to bring my car to me, Stephanie Hamilton from Magic car transport did an excellent job of communicating with me and made the rest of the experience a good one, in so that I would definately use them again as well as refer them to others.
