This was the first time that I have had to use a transport company to get a vehicle across country. I found a website transportreviews and found it to be informative especially with all the comments provided by customers. Specifically I looked at the number of reviews provided by each of the companies on-line. Magic Carpet was highly rated on the transport review website by their customers and I was impressed with the number of good reviews. My contact Kathy provided good service, and helped me to understand the general process of transport brokers and transport companies. With Kathy's help it will make my next vehicle purchase and subsequent process of transportation much easier for the next vehicle. I had requested that the truck driver give me a day's notice before he got to the destintation which all worked out, and the vehicle was delivered in good condition, although quite dirty from the 2500 mile trip across the country.

Dale, Thank for the review but Im very confused about it being a 3 star? The route was difficult but we find a driver in record time. You told me that everything went smooth so you can understand my confusion.
