I initially contacted another transport company prior to contacting Michelle at Magic Carpet Auto Transport. The other company was not coming up with any trucks in the pickup area and also changed my primary contact person in the middle of it all. I lost faith in them and called Magic Carpet. When I spoke with Magic Carpet I felt more comfortable that my car was actually going to ship! It did take a few days to round up a truck going through Missouri (not a well traveled truckers route) but when one came available the car was picked up the following day. It arrived to the destination one day later than the estimated delivery date but that is definitely within reason to me. The price for transport was a bit higher than I expected but considering the pick up was not on a well traveled route it made the cost a little higher in order to get a truck to go out of their way for a pick up. I received an e-mail when the car was picked up from it's starting point and only then was a deposit charged to my credit card. My overall experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport was very good. My one and only minor complaint was the hold time was a bit long when phoning them. I would definitely recommend them for your next auto transport!
