I had my car shipped by Magic Carpet (MCAT) from Pittsburgh to Idaho Falls, and the experience was overall positive. The quoting process was easy by phone, and even though an initial quote was suspiciously low, the agent assured me that the second quote was accurate. And it was. There were no hidden fees with the price and no taxes. The carrier picked up and dropped off early and I received a followup call from my MCAT agent. The trucking companies that MCAT deals with are very professional and friendly (The owner happened to live nearby and offered to store my car in HIS driveway if I couldn't be around for the dropoff). The major highlight of the experience (The promptness) was also a bit frustrating. I gave MCAT the go ahead to bid and before I knew it a trucker was calling me saying he would be there in a few hours to pick the car up. I would use and recommend MCAT again.

Karl i'm glad that you were overall please with our service. And thank you for your detialed review. Going in or out of Idaho is very difficult and i was shocked when we found a driver the same day we placed the order to do this route. It was very pleasent first. However, i'm confused why the pick up was fustrating for you. You indicated to me that the day it was picked up would be the first day it was aviable to be picked up.
