I first contacted Magic Carpet several months ago, and told John I would
eventually be transporting a vehicle. He gave excellent advice on what
to expect when I was finally ready to do it, without any pressure to pay a
deposit or sign anything.

When I finally called, I suddenly had an urgent need to get the job done
quickly, and John found an excellent carrier who was communicative,
on-time, friendly and cooperative. Thanks to John, I knew exactly WHEN he picked the car up. He called the day before it arrived, and the morning it was due to arrive.
John was also in communication with the carrier and he also alerted me to
the schedule.

I was told about the rebate, which will lower my total cost to $770, and I
am pleased to get to recommend this service to anyone. If I were
displeased about anything, I would enumerate any problems, but this worked
beautifully from start to finish.

I hope everyone has such a positive experience. I had not a moment of
worry once I ordered the service.

P.S. It helps to have a cell phone.Not everyone of my generation is up
with the technology, but I never felt out of touch with the process, thanks
to voice mail, cell calls and texting.
